Join Lorna and friends for a fun and festive holiday cookie exchange.
Guests are invited to bring a tray of cookies (suggest 2-3 dozen) to share - and to enjoy eggnog, mulled wine, holiday cheer and good company. This is a no cost event, however, if you would like to make a holiday donation to Lorna’s selected charity, Assisting Nicaragua Society - The Children's Fund, cash and checks will be gratefully accepted. Suggested donation is $25, and any amount is needed and much appreciated.
The ANS-The Children’s Fund, is a registered 501(c)(3) organization in the US by tackling poverty in the community of Piedra Menuda (Nicaragua) through the promotion of education and community: prevention by teaching children, and adults, the importance of good diet, oral care and breaking down the walls of misinformation. When we think of community, we look at the work James is doing and share in his passion of making life better for those in his community one step at a time.
This is a very fun event, especially when you taste and see all the different types of cookies. You don’t have to come to the cookie exchange to donate, you can do so directly here.
