Join our favorite cookbook author, Jeanne Kelley, and Aimee Epstein from Humboldt Farms for an introductory class on cooking with cannabis at the Homestead. We’ll start with a brief introduction on varietals of the cannabis plant and the various effects of cannabinoids and terpenes. After diving into the cannabis plant, Jeanne will demonstrate how to make your own infused butter. As part of the course, you will learn about dosage and usage of canna-butter and canna-oil and how to add them into some of Jeanne’s favorite recipes such as butter buttons, chocolate fudge cookies, sugar-free dates, and coco bonbons - a tasty frozen treat! Each participant will go home with a sample of oil, a bag of cookies, and an assortment of recipes.
$100 per person; 12 person maximum; 21 years and older only
