Have you ever wanted to try the famous Japanese liquor called Saké? Well not only will you merely taste this wonderful drink, but you will also engage in the captivating process of brewing Saké! There is nothing better or more satisfying than experiencing food through the mind and the body together.
Featuring Michael John Simkin, the Director of Sales and Marketing for Omurasaki Beverage Company. Michael will give a detailed overview on the fascinating process of brewing Sake and comparisons with wine and how they can be paired with the same dishes.
Suggested donation for the experience is $55 per person, including a captivating and learning filled Saké tasting dinner! The Uka Saké Tasting Dinner begins promptly at 6:30 PM, so please arrive 20 minutes early. Make room for an appetite fulfilling and thirst quenching evening! Sign up any time before July 22nd!
