Make Your Own Sushi

$125.00

Join Hiroko Ishida in a sushi making class. Hiroko is not just one of our favorite potters, she was a chef in Japan and worked as a private chef for years. This class is for making rolls that are not your regular restaurant fare as we will be working with different and tasty ingredients.

Referred to as “maki” rolls, you can use any kind of filling like raw fish, vegetables, fruit and so much more. This is about being creative with your sushi rolls. Sushi chefs spend many years perfecting their craft. We won’t go home as experts, but you will learn to make a good roll and learn the technique to make yourself a delicious lunch or snack whenever you want.

This is a hands on experience where the end result will be a delicious meal.
