Lorna Jacoby
Editorial Content
Born into a family of hotel owners, nestled among the tropical rain forests of Nicaragua, Lorna loved food and could always be found in the kitchen. She started cooking seriously while in college, when she realized that if cooking were left up to her roommates, she would never eat well.
In Sebastopol, Lorna realized her dream of having a kitchen full of fresh vegetables harvested right outside her front door. A true culinary whiz, she can create an incredible farm-to-table meal from pounds of pattypan squash grown in her garden.
Lorna has always been an adventurous home cook. With Saffron, she makes home-based cooking fun and delicious, using simple, quality ingredients.

Jacqueline Chu-Montell
Community Projects
Jacqueline is a lifelong learner. With degrees in Psychology and Environmental Studies, she is fascinated by social interaction and connection - and their interplay with the natural world.
